We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PT to provide in-home therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold a valid Physical Therapy License from the State of Texas. One year of experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
