  • Hiring: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Office and Community-Based) Raymond, WA (Pacific County) | Full-Time $68,000 – $87,360 + $15,000 Geographical Differential Looking for Meaningful Work? Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) and work in our Outpatient program, where you’ll meet clients in the office and in the community to help them build real-life stability and independence. Why Clinicians Choose Outpatient at CIHS $15,000 geographical differential Traditional schedule- Monday through Friday 8-5 Community-based work and in the office 100% paid medical, dental, vision (you + dependents) 25 days PTO + 11 paid holidays Retirement (PERS) with employer contributions Weekly supervision + licensure support Collaborative, multidisciplinary team What You’ll Do Provide therapy and case management in community settings Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers) Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement Track progress and complete clinical documentation Why This Role Is Different You’re not office-based—you’re out in the community making real change Smaller, team-based caseload approach Focus on long-term stability and recovery, not quick visits QualificationsWhat You Bring Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of clinical experience Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days Comfortable working in community/home settings
