The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing initial and ongoing patient assessments and managing admissions or transfers. They must ensure accurate documentation in EPIC and interpret diagnostic data to provide high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a valid state RN license and have at least one year of professional nursing experience. A BLS certification is required upon hire, and a BSN degree is preferred.
Receive admissions and/or transfers Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Instruct and counsel patients/families
Minimum Qualifications: Valid State RN license At least one year of RN experience BLS required at hire
