The Milieu Therapist facilitates curriculum-based groups and provides essential meal monitoring and milieu support. They are responsible for patient observation, crisis management, and documenting clinical check-ins.
Candidates must hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree in a mental health-related field along with an active intern or associate license. A minimum of 18 months of behavioral health experience is required, though this may be waived for those with a relevant master's degree.
