The Clinical Pharmacist will perform professional clinical tasks to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care and optimal patient outcomes. They are expected to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and actively contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of pharmacy and hold a valid license from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Applicants are required to have completed a pharmacokinetics training program and possess at least one year of experience, including residency training.
