Responsibilities \n\n$500 Sign-On Bonus \nMinimum Start rate $16 an hour - based on experience\nBase Rate + shift differentials up to $3 depending on shift.\nExperience in behavioral health or related field required. Behavioral Counseling Technicians work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.\nEducation: High School Diploma\nExperience: Experience in behavioral health or related field required. Experience with children preferred.\nLicensure: Must maintain a valid driver's license in the applicable state.\nAdditional Requirements: CPR Certification and successful completion of Crisis Intervention Training (CPI) including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint immediately following employment and prior to performing patient care.
