Market context
In Pennsylvania, home hospice CNA roles are often shaped by steady demand for end-of-life care and the need for aides who can work independently in patients’ homes. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for a current Nurse’s Aide certification, prior experience, and reliable transportation, along with comfort supporting patients and families in a home setting.
