JOB DETAILS OSF Healthcare’s Cardiovascular Institute, a group of 50 plus Cardiologists serving the central Midwest, is looking to add a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to our practice in Bloomington, IL.

Work with a team of 4 general cardiologists, 4 interventional cardiologists and 3 APPs at our brand new, state-of-the art clinic building on the campus of St.

Joseph Medical Center Call 1:4 This location provides surgery backup and a strong primary care referral base Subspecialties include: intensivists, CV surgery, neurosurgery and a hospitalist team Opportunity for cardiac imaging Epic EMR The OSF Cardiovascular Service Line, works in conjunction with 17 area hospitals and 9 clinics to provide the most comprehensive services available for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

Education:

  • Doctorate
  • Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
