The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist nursing staff and physicians with direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with patient mobility, maintaining a sterile environment, and documenting care activities.
Candidates must be able to perform clinical tasks such as applying dressings and monitoring patient conditions while adhering to safety and privacy policies. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
