Join an esteemed, community-focused oncology team at Sky Lakes Medical Center. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our collaborative group of two Hematology/Oncology physicians and two APPs. At Sky Lakes, you aren’t just a number; you are a vital part of a tight-knit team supported by dedicated MAs, Nurse Navigators, and a specialized Infusion Center scheduling team.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day clinical work week with one dedicated administrative day (Monday–Friday).

Manageable Pacing: We believe in quality outcomes. You’ll have 1-hour slots for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups.

Patient Volume: Expect to see 8–10 patients daily initially, scaling to a comfortable 10–15 at full capacity.

Scope: Outpatient care only. While procedures are not mandated, experience with bone marrow biopsies and aspirations is a plus.

Market context

Oregon advanced-practice roles stay competitive

Advanced-practice roles in Oregon are often driven by ongoing demand in primary care, specialty care, and outpatient settings, especially for clinicians who can work across patient populations. These positions are competitive because employers commonly want an active Oregon PA or NP license, plus quick completion of DOT certification and DEA licensure after hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure timeline and certification readiness before applying.
