Provide high-level specialty care to hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse navigators, and medical assistants to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of APP experience in Hematology/Oncology or an extensive background as an Oncology RN. Candidates must be adept at autonomous practice and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
