Join an esteemed, community-focused oncology team at Sky Lakes Medical Center. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our collaborative group of two Hematology/Oncology physicians and two APPs. This is a rare opportunity to practice high-level specialty medicine in a setting that prioritizes patient relationships over volume.

At Sky Lakes, you aren’t just a number; you are a vital part of a tight-knit team supported by dedicated MAs, Nurse Navigators, and a specialized Infusion Center scheduling team.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day clinical work week with one dedicated administrative day (Monday–Friday).
No Call Requirements: Your time away is truly your own.
Manageable Pacing: We believe in quality outcomes. You’ll have 1-hour slots for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups.
Patient Volume: Expect to see 8–10 patients daily initially, scaling to a comfortable 10–15 at full capacity.
Scope: Outpatient care only. While procedures are not mandated, experience with bone marrow biopsies and aspirations is a plus.
