The Nurse Practitioner will perform regenerative medicine procedures, including joint injections and hormone optimization, while managing individualized patient care plans. They will also educate patients on longevity protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an active Florida Nurse Practitioner license and board certification as an FNP or AGPCNP. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pain management is required.

What You’ll Do Regenerative Medicine Procedures Perform joint injections including corticosteroid, PRP, and regenerative biologics under physician supervision and collaborative practice protocols Administer exosome-based IV therapy and cell factor treatments following established clinical protocols Support the launch and delivery of ozone therapy protocols (Ten-Pass and/or EBOO) as the program is implemented Hormone Optimization Conduct comprehensive hormone evaluations including testosterone optimization therapy for men and women Interpret and act on bloodwork, biomarkers, and lab panels as part of individualized care plans Participate in the Agentis Longevity Quotient (LQ) onboarding framework — a full biomarker, cardiovascular, and cognitive assessment protocol Patient Care and Education Conduct thorough patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up Educate patients on regenerative therapies, longevity protocols, and the rationale behind treatment decisions — with clarity and clinical confidence Partner with BioDesign's clinical team to create a premium patient experience consistent with the Agentis standard of care Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with 503A compounding protocols, collaborative practice agreements, and state licensure requirements Support adverse event documentation and reporting as required Stay current with evolving regulatory standards for compounded therapies, regenerative biologics, and longevity medicine What You Have (Required) Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP (AGPCNP) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or a closely related specialty Demonstrated hands-on experience performing joint injections Strong comfort with bloodwork interpretation, lab-driven clinical decision-making, and individualized protocol development Excellent patient communication skills — able to explain complex therapies in clear, accessible terms What You Have (Preferred) Experience in functional, integrative, or longevity medicine Background in hormone optimization therapy, including testosterone replacement for men and women Familiarity with regenerative biologics including PRP, exosomes, or peptide therapies Experience with ozone therapy (Ten-Pass or EBOO) or willingness to complete training A4M, IFM, or similar integrative medicine certification or coursework Strong interest in precision health, biomarker-driven protocols, and the longevity medicine space
