Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve patient function and mobility under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Monitor patient progress, document care in compliance with regulations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to modify treatment plans.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
