As a Per-Diem Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities, improving their overall quality of life. You will provide one-on-one therapy in a home health setting, offering personalized treatment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
✔️ Valid State License as a Speech Therapist ✔️ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology ✔️ Minimum 1 Year of Experience in home health or acute care settings ✔️ Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset ✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team ✔️ Understanding of Medicare home health regulations & documentation
