The Research Program Coordinator will manage day-to-day research activities for the NYCHAMP study, including participant recruitment, data collection, and visit coordination. They will ensure high-quality implementation of study protocols while maintaining compliance with NIH, IRB, and institutional standards.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in public health or a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of experience in research or clinical administration. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and REDCap is required, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
The Research Program Coordinator will support the NYCHAMP study, an NIH-funded research initiative focused on advancing maternal and community health outcomes among underserved populations in Queens, NYC.
This position will be based fully onsite at Queens Hospital Center and will play a central role in the coordination and execution of day-to-day research activities, including participant recruitment, data collection, visit coordination, and compliance with research protocols. This position emphasizes hands-on research coordination, participant engagement, and operational support. The coordinator will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and work closely with the research team to ensure high-quality implementation of the study in accordance with NIH, IRB, and institutional standards.
