Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, Florida.

Prior pelvic health experience is not required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Treat conditions including: Pelvic pain Urinary and fecal incontinence Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions Post-surgical rehabilitation Perform internal and external pelvic floor assessments (training provided if needed) Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategies Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (DPT or equivalent) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Experience in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation preferred Interest in pelvic health (experience is a plus but not required) Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
