Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Document, update, verify, and complete all patient demographics and clinical information within both RIS and PACS.

• Ability to recognize and report malfunction of equipment appropriately.
• Attend in-service educational programs and departmental meetings.

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Didactic and Clinical Competency program is required Continuing Education required by accrediting agency. Interpersonal skills as needed to communicate successfully with groups and with individuals at all levels to relay ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• CONDITIONS: Exposure to stressful situations, including those involving public contact, as well as, trauma, grief and death. Able to wear personal protective equipment that includes latex materials or appropriate substitute if required for your position. Overall vision and hearing is necessary with or without assisted device(s). Frequently required to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
