Provides safe, therapeutic, and efficient care to patients while assisting in direct clinical treatments and medication administration. Actively participates in the patient-centered practice by supporting office workflows and educating patients and their families.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate Degree or Diploma in Medical Assisting. Candidates must have at least one year of experience or completion of a Medical Assistant program, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Monday to Friday; Day and Evening with a Saturday Rotation.
No holidays.
Provides safe, therapeutic and efficient care and services to patients. Assists in direct patient care, performs treatments, administers medications (if qualified and appropriately supervised), and instructs patients and their families in appropriate care, as directed by their provider. Is an active team participant in the patient-centered practice, by aiding in the development of office workflows that support patient centered care.
