The Registered Nurse Fellow performs patient assessments, develops care plans, and delivers hands-on care within a medical/surgical unit. They also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes while documenting care activities accurately.
Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse Fellow to join our Medical/Surgical Unit.
This role will be Full Time Days.

The Medical Unit patient population consists of those with a variety of diagnoses: ED admissions & Medical/Surgical patients.
