The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing care including wound care and IV therapy. They are also responsible for supervising healthcare staff and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Candidates must hold a valid State of Iowa RN license and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities. The role requires a compassionate and motivated individual capable of providing emotional support to residents and their families.
