The Surgical Technologist is responsible for preparing the operating room and assisting surgeons during complex surgical procedures. They must anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time and Part-time, 90% - 100% FTE shifts. Day, day/evening, or evening shifts available. You may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital, American Family Children’s Hospital, East Madison Hospital, or Madison Surgery Center in Madison, WI.

Candidates must have completed a Surgical Technologist program or possess two years of equivalent experience. A Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required within six months of hire, and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) status is preferred.
