The Wellness Nurse is responsible for monitoring and managing residents' chronic medical conditions and conducting health assessments. They also provide medication oversight, health education, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a safe, resident-centered environment.
Candidates must hold an active Nevada LPN or RN license. Previous experience in patient care or senior living is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
