Pathlight - Mood and Anxiety Program - Partial Hospitalization Level of Care working with adolescents
Schedule: PRN/ AS Needed; 10‐hour shifts on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and /or Thursdays
The Milieu Therapist facilitates groups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and meal support., and offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in IP/Res and PHP programs. The Milieu Therapist may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.

Candidates must hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree in a mental health or related field, along with an intern or associate license. A minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health is required, though this may be waived for those with a relevant master's degree.
