The RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and revising care plans for patients and families while supervising all nursing care. This includes managing patient care, improving quality of care, and developing clinical expertise within the specialty.
Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $35.98 to $49.39 Shift Differentials: NOC - $5/hr on weekday nights, $8/hr on weekend nights Day weekends - $2.50/hr $10,000 Bonus for Full Time
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment and a current BLS certification. ACLS certification is required within six months of hire, and previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
