The physical therapist will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while maintaining compliance with all clinical and corporate regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining professional communication with patients, physicians, and colleagues while attending required center meetings.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school and possess a current state license or eligibility for licensure. Additionally, a valid CPR certification is required for the role.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice CPR certification
