Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold board certification as an FNP, AGNP, or related specialty. Requires active Maine Board of Nursing licensure and DEA certification or eligibility.
Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine Diagnose and treat common medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
