The Physical Therapist Assistant assists in evaluating client daily living skills and capacities while supporting physical therapy treatments. They observe patient progress, communicate with the healthcare team, and help modify treatment programs to ensure quality outcomes.
The role requires the ability to evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care. Candidates must be capable of delivering hands-on, patient-centered treatment and monitoring progress to achieve meaningful clinical results.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
$24 - $32/hr. inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
