Occupational Therapy II positions in California are typically in steady demand across schools, rehab, and outpatient settings, especially for candidates with recent hands-on experience and active state licensure. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a graduate OT degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and practical requirements like a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
