- Type: Per Diem The CT Tech operates Cat Scan equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of diagnostic CT Scan procedures Obtains all required documentation/supplies. Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's. Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of Allied Health Program
Experience
Six months experience in trauma, stroke, pediatrics and invasive procedures. May include student clinical rotation completed at St. Mary's or like facility.
License
Radiography (ARRT) Certified Radiological Technologist CT certificate required within 12 months of hire.
Certifications: Bls/Cpr (American heart assn)
