• Nurse
• Duties/Responsibilities:
• Pre-Op: Check in patients, start IVs, obtain vitals, review medical history, ensure consents/labs/clearances are complete, provide education, and assist with pre-op photos and garment fittings.
• OR
• Circulating: Circulate cosmetic surgery cases, prepare the sterile field when needed, support anesthesia, manage documentation, and coordinate communication with caregivers during procedures.
• PACU
• Recovery: Monitor and recover patients post-operatively, manage airways and pain/nausea needs, perform dressing changes, and provide thorough post-op instructions.
• Clinic
• Support: Perform follow-up visits (drains, sutures, incision care), assist with prescriptions, conduct point-of-care testing (pregnancy, nicotine/drug, glucose), and maintain accurate charting.
• Team &
• Safety: Uphold infection control and medication administration standards, participate in inventory and supply management, support emergencies calmly and effectively (CPR, AED, crash cart), and contribute to a clean, safe clinical environment. Qualifications Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure for AZ (or compact) Minimum one year of nursing experience required BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain upon hire) OR/Circulator experience required; comfortable administering medications and supporting anesthesia Plastic surgery or outpatient surgery center experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills—able to support patients and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet the needs of the surgical schedule
