The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans while conducting functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality clinical care.
Applicants must hold a current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure. A minimum of 1-3 years of ABA experience and prior experience supervising RBTs are preferred.
