Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
Pay: $23 per hour
Regarding insurance coverage: You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following your first day of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment, 401K match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, and Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! As the Medical Assistant you will primarily be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the on-site medical needs by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating student appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.
