Administer physical therapy treatments and educate patients and caregivers on daily routines to maximize functional outcomes. Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and the community to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program and hold a valid state license. A Basic Life Support certification via the American Heart Association is also required.
Job Overview & Responsibilities Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you’ll work alongside a Physical Therapist in administering patient treatments while educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care. Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program State Licensure Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $65,000 - $86,000 year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Elevated and available in select locations!
