The nurse is responsible for direct patient care, delegation of appropriate tasks, communication with the multi-disciplinary care team, and documentation of care. The Med/Neuro ICU provides high-level acuity-adaptable care to medical, neurological, and surgical patients.
Candidates must possess a NC RN or Multistate RN license and have at least 1 year of ICU or PCU experience. Additional certifications required include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certification within 60 days of hire.
