As a Physical Therapist Assistant, the primary role is to implement physical therapy programs, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. This involves addressing the whole patient while ensuring the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. Additionally, applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
