The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents according to established standards and nursing techniques. They must collaborate with the healthcare team, administer medications accurately, and maintain clear communication with patients and their families.
Candidates must be licensed Registered Nurses capable of performing essential nursing functions and physical tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a clinical environment, and a commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for rendering care in assigned area in terms of individualized client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions, and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing.
