We are seeking caring and reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCA's) who are passionate about supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Compensation: Competitive Pay (based on experience) Starting at $18.75
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety at all times
Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state guidelines)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
What you will have
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or PCA preferred
Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired government-issued ID)
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass Health Care Worker Registry
Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
