Registered nurses are responsible for ongoing patient assessment, medication administration, and the development of care plans to achieve patient goals. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise clinical operations to ensure safe and compassionate care delivery.

Identifying patient/family learning needs and implementing appropriate processes.
Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication.
Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Ongoing flexibility regarding patient assignments, floating, and related staffing issues.
