Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director, this position provides an array of training, support and activities of daily living services to individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness in the community setting. The position will deliver direct-care services (up to 15 hrs. per client) to support clients with mental health problems within their home and community.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess at least one year of experience in the mental health field. Applicants must also meet the criteria to be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP A or T).
