The Direct Service Provider assists individuals with disabilities with personal care, daily living tasks, and household activities. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate service notes and timesheets while following the established Plan of Care.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, applicants must hold CPR/First Aid certification and be able to pass a state and national fingerprint background check.
