OREGON INTEGRATED HEALTH Oregon Integrated Health is an Integrated Primary Care Medical Home that is hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for our Integrated Primary Care Health Clinics in Oregon.

Our clinics see a demographic of Medicaid and Medicare individuals that are in need for our expansion with mental and behavioral health resources.

We utilize telemedicine visits for patients that are at home as well as telehealth visits – when patients may not have access to data or smart phones patients come to our facilities and utilize our technology to connect with any of our providers across our 4 locations! Our locations in Portland, Salem, Eugene and Florence are comprised of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Counselors, Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist.
