The Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic breast imaging procedures and assists radiologists with interventional tasks while ensuring high-quality images. They are responsible for patient documentation, maintaining equipment quality control, and providing compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process.
Candidates must have completed a JCERT accredited Radiologic Technologist program and hold ARRT registration in Radiography. Mammography certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire, along with current BLS certification.
