The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including monitoring conditions and administering medications. They will also manage care plans and educate patients and their families on treatment and wellness.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess strong clinical and organizational skills. A willingness to travel between client homes is required, while home health experience is considered a plus.
