Salary
$35 - $45 / HOUR
Provide home-based nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN, including vitals monitoring, assessments, and documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and educate patients and families on self-care and safety.
Must be a graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program with an active Texas LVN license. Requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and current BLS/CPR certification.
