The Associate Mental Health Counselor delivers clinical care through evaluations, individualized therapy, and group counseling to support client mental health goals. They are responsible for crafting strategic treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. A valid associate professional license from the State Department of Health is required, along with experience in addiction and rehabilitative processes.

The Mental Health Counselor Associate position encompasses delivering exceptional clinical care through the evaluation, individualized therapy, and group counseling of the clients served by Triumph programs. This position is essential in determining the necessity of treatment and proper diagnoses, crafting strategic treatment plans, and aiding clients in setting and accomplishing their personal goals; while teaching and providing coping strategies for clients. • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must have an associate professional license and registration number from the State Department of Health and be in good standing. (licensed mental health counselor associate, licensed marriage and family therapy associate, or licensed independent social worker associate).
