The Registered Nurse facilitates multidisciplinary care for adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients, including pre- and post-operative support. They are responsible for managing a variety of diagnoses and collaborating effectively within the healthcare team.
Candidates must hold an active Arkansas Registered Nurse license and possess Basic Life Support certification. A BSN is preferred, and those with less than one year of experience must commit to obtaining a BSN within four years.
