The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care to rehab and med-surg patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for reporting patient changes to the Registered Nurse and documenting care using the hospital computer system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have one year of med-surg experience. A Certified Nursing Assistant program completion is preferred, and BLS certification is required within one month of hire.
