Position Highlights: Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting. Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support. Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant. Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred. Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
