The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care, implements treatment plans, and manages crisis situations under clinical supervision. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient transitions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with a Behavioral Health Technician training program or relevant certification. Experience in clinical documentation and patient care within a mental health setting is required.
We are currently hiring for full-time (FT), part-time (PT), and PRN positions, with flexible scheduling options available.
