The Program Specialist I provides primary care for psychiatric patients ranging from Pre-K to adolescents, including managing daily activities and ensuring a safe environment. They also participate in crisis intervention, group processes, and teaching as required.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment is preferred. Additionally, applicants must obtain specific certifications including CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Heartsaver CPR, and SCM training within 60 days of starting.
