The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs, within substance abuse and behavioral health settings. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient records.
Candidates must hold a valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. A strong understanding of nursing principles, patient education techniques, and adherence to healthcare regulations is required.
We are currently hiring for full-time (FT), part-time (PT), and PRN positions, with flexible scheduling options available.
